If you're fortunate enough to ever find it, then yes it is. That's not saying you can't have a lot of fun in the search though. Life is too short to sit around waiting for your perfect life mate to come around. Have yourself a few nice flings along the way.

Not to be a killjoy, but if you "wait" for true love it may not happen ever, as anything that is worthwhile in this world, finding true love requires searching for it!

It's difficult to distinguish true love from flaming passion when you are inside the passion time.
Love is overrated, friendship, loyalty, will to take care and solve problems, will to build something together and evolve together as humans, friends, lovers, parents, This is so much important than an arbitrary feeling.
Love does not happen, love is built, it is a mistake to expect it to come as a passive miracle,
When both understand and want it, love becomes fruit of hard work, not some destiny.
