If we have been visited by aliens that would seem to indicate that the speed of light barrIer can be over come. If so, then we may be able to seed other planets with humans before we become extinct. So generally, ancient visitations would be a good thing for human kind.
@Veteran229 Prove it.
@Veteran229 That was not proof.
@Veteran229 "Folding it is the next step." Would not that allow travelling faster than light?
Have you seen the ancient reliefs(?Sumerian) with the figures that appear to have on space helmets?
My jury is still out on aliens, but it’s interesting.
Most hunter gatherer tribes make masks for ceremonial activities and no reason to think any art depicting something over a head is nothing other than that.
@jlynn37 I agree. I have a former friend who was paranoid of the first order(doomsday prepping, afraid of the microwave and the Google truck, etc) who avidly watched Ancient Aliens. That was their ‘theory’: spacemen.
@jlynn37 Yeah but the Sumerians actually named a planet that they say we supposedly came from in their text along with the story of how we came to be here.
Several other societies from multiple continents that have never been documented as being in contact with the Sumerians refer to those who come from the sky by the same name as the Sumerians.
Which would indicate that either there’s evidence of these people having been in contact with the Sumerians and no one documented it or the same “ aliens “ that were in contact with the Sumerians actually made contact with people throughout the world and those people actually documented the same encounters as the Sumerians.
Those pictures of guys with their space helmets looking like they are pilots in rockets are awesome!
I'm intrigued by the idea getting a lot more traction these days that there was a global civilisation prior to the Sumerian that was wiped out at the end of the Ice Age, about 12,000 BC. If it's correct, maybe the struggling new world met some folk from the more advanced old world and were fascinated by their knowledge.
@jlynn37 The Hebrews wrote a story that was borrowed from multiple other stories and then they condensed 130 years after Abraham passed and they called it the Torah.
This is not the same as humans living on separate continents telling a consistent and almost identical story of where we came from and how we came to be.
So sorry if I’m not ready to believe that we came from monkeys but we’re all entitled to our own beliefs.
