@GipsyOfNewSpain the Saudis and elsewhere in the Mideast. In Kuwait slave labor is building the soccer stadiums for the illegally bribed world cup. Most workers are foreign, many Philippine laborers and elsewhere from East Asia. Their passports are held so they have to work. Their wages are held, so who knows if or when they get paid.
Even his legal low wage workers are almost all foreign. He pays them dirt openly, so for sure those with no papers. He claims he can't find American workers but it has been shown he only advertises in one publication that few people see and gives no details about the jobs (makes his claims legal to immigration).
