I think there are way more urgent and worthwhile things to be worked on than the environment. I see this save the planet crap all over and all I can think is "so everything in your life is just picture perfect that you've run out of issues of your own and now off you go to save the world?"
It really pisses me off when I see doctors treating people with the flu, or with excema, WHEN THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE SUFFERING WITH CANCER!
So everything in your life is so perfect that you've run ot of issues of your own and now off you go to be a troll. Kindly go back under your bridge.
Heh my bridge is pretty nice
@MattTheRed85 oh, I'm sure it is perfect for you. There's a ton of truth in the whole 'ignorance is bliss' statement.
@Amzungu2 Willful ignorance is just pathetic.
Is this satire? Yeah, Booyah! Who needs clean air, water and food? And all those cute and not-cute animals out there. We're the top of the food chain baby! Who needs them? Oh wait..
The fact that we need to urge people to save the world is evidence that we desperately need to work on education.
There is such a thing as being able to do, and think about more than one thing at a time.
Just saying.
Got another planet stuck in your back pocket that we can all go to if we screw this one up? Didn't think so.
This one is still here.
97% percent of the world's scientists agree that climate change is the greatest threat facing the planet, and most of them give us about fifteen years to change course to avoid the most devastating effects; but I'm not worried because some random dude on the internet says there's nothing to worry about. That's a relief.
Well, sure. Of course one shouldn't have any concern for the welfare of others as the climate changes and wrecks eco systems and literally kills people around the globe. If you haven't added to the gene pool yet, and please don't, you won't have any, at all, vested interest in the future beyond your life.
Oh I see, you're a troll. Just as I suspected. Nevermind.
My idea is to grow food that doesn't normally here. I can't grow coffee here. Without pollinating insects I'll have to that job. Do you enjoy salmon? Rivers are so hot fish die before spawning salmon wild will be extinct.
Our environment underlies everything. Without it we won't have food to eat or a livable temperature to inhabit. I think that survival comes before trying to fix your relationships.
Just out of mild curiosity. What are some of the things more important than the poisoning environment. Maybe a top five list?
Top 5
@MattTheRed85 Nevermind. U B Troll.
If you are not helping to solve the problem...then you are the problem and that makes you an asshat.
Ok I am the problem. Thank you captain planet.
@MattTheRed85 With that attitude, you absolutely are a big part of the problem. You are selfish and shameless. Has anyone mentioned you have to die to be nominated for a Darwin?
The obvious fraud pervading claims of catastrophic anthropomorphic global warming has caused all environmental issues to be considered worthy of being ignored. The warmunists are like the proverbial "boy who cried wolf". But is is possible that some other environmental issue, such as the current decline in insect populations, does still merit careful and dispassionate attention, hopefully without any chicken-little style hyperbole.
Where or how do you see that the planet is being ‘worked on?’
It's hilarious that you all pretend to give a shit about what may but probably won't happen in about 100000 years. You can bullshit yourselves and each other but I'm not fooled. Also I opened this topic and anything I said in a mean way was a response to you brain dead suckers.
I think the person lacking brain cells is pretty evident.
Were you born brain dead or did you have to work at it?
Obvious troll. Go find something better to do with your life.
100000 years? More like RIGHT NOW! Moron.
