I studied Latin and French in HS, German after college for a business trip to Eckwalden (near Stuttgart) in '95. Studied Korean for a trip to the orphanage in '00 to adopt a baby boy (he'll be 20 in July). Learned conversational Mandarin for a business trip to China in '04. I love languages! I'd like to learn Scottish Gaelic next for a trip I'm planning to Scotland in '21.
