An excellent report. It makes me wonder why the Catholic church has not moved on this. Might it be that the upper echelon would have to be excommunicated and punished?

I have for a long on facebook have suggested that if a man wants to become a Priest prior to the final step he under goes physical or chemical castration and then folks will find out how dedicated He was to his vows and faith. The only reason I suggest chemical castration is they may decide after several years he may want to renounce the Priesthood. Personnally I think Religion of any kind belongs in the trash heap of History.
