Jussie Smollett has done more in the last few weeks to free us from the choke hold of the legal system/Matrix, than I could even HOPE to do in the next 30 years!! The nature and terms of his "deal" with the legal system/Matrix are all sealed up, for now anyway, and that will lead to much speculation and a demand for answers. Now, everybody will want to know how and why he got such a sweet deal, so they can get one too!
Did he make a demand that the injured party and or damaged property be brought forth for his examination?
Did he demand his right to subrogation, as is defined in Black's Law Dictionary?
Did he demand to know if any of the laws he is being charged with breaking, can factually be shown to apply to him?
Did he demand that ALL of the actors/agents/operators of the scam we call the legal system/Matrix, sign an affidavit under the pains and penalties of perjury, that at no time would they commit or allow any kind or amount of fraud to take place?
The truth IS out there, no doubt about it, but we have to drag it kicking and screaming out into the day light for all to see.
Today, at 3PM Pacific, I will be calling in to Marc Stevens' No State Project show to help get more of this news out.

I heard more details than I cared to on my car radio today..."sealed"??? Not so much...he did community service & forfeited his $10,000.00 bond. Not everything is a conspiracy, ya know?

I know the legal system inside and out. What was sealed from public view had nothing to do with the 10K or two days of "community service".
Do you know what the term "conspire" means? I highly suggest looking that one up.

Randy

@Logician I find people who feel superior to the rest of us because they know "more" to be both pathetic & hilarious. Enjoy your life..........

@AnneWimsey Since when did I say that I was "superior" to anyone else? But if I am more educated in certain subjects than others, what is wrong with that? Am I supposed to remain ignorant in order to spare the feelings of somebody else who has no drive or ability to learn new things?
My knowledge is VERY hard won, I have sacrificed a great deal to obtain it, and I have no hesitation in sharing it with others, if they can accept it. That is why when I write my papers, I give them away for FREE!! I never charge anybody for sharing what I know. I share because I want others to have what I have.

Randy

@Logician oopsy, touched a nerve, methinks.....and did it ever occur to you to Ask anyone if they want you to share......?!?!

@AnneWimsey That's pretty dumb there! If someone doesn't want what I am offering for FREE, then they don't have to take it! I never force anyone to accept anything from me! Do you think I work for a government of some kind? Here's something for you to wrap your noggin around; ALL compelled benefits are gifts! And gifts do not require any amount of reciprocation because they can be declined!

Randy

@Logician "compelled benefits"...you mean like S9cial Security, or?..

@AnneWimsey Last I checked, you have to APPLY for Socialism Security benefits to get back what was stolen from you, they don't just hand them out to you when you hit a certain age.
A compelled "benefit" is when the USG says that you must accept its alleged protection of you (and it never does protect you from a damn thing!) and thus you must pay a tax for that protection. That is just one of them. But if you can think logically and analyze things to see if they are true or not, you could spot others.
The idea holds no matter where or when you apply it; if you force someone to take something from you, which they may not want, you cannot then make the case that they owe you for it. A gift is something which is given to another without expectation of reciprocation. A gift is something done out of love and generosity, not a duty.

Randy

@Logician the "apply" thing you make so much of is so they have the correct address/bank info to send that check to, never anybody not having to beg to get it.....such twisting of the Facts, and why, exactly? If you wildly misrepresent one thing, you become very suspect to me on any subject.

@AnneWimsey Oh PUULLLEEEZE now! Talk about a big Bwahahaha! moment! They really need to verify your home address and accounts at your bank?!?! Do you really mean to tell us that you didn't know all of that data is already known to the SSA??? Ever hear of the IRS, Honey? How about DHS, DMV, etc, ad nauseum?? Your cable company knows all of that information as well as your phone service provider and probably your favorite grocery store as well. Do you live in a tepee out on the plains or what?
They don't send checks any more, they do electronic transfers of payments.
Talk about raising suspicions here! You may know how to read, but do you know how to think??
Why is it that when somebody applies for disability payments, they are always rejected on the first go around? Why do people, at least here in Kommiefornia, have to hire an attorney to fight to get back what they have paid into the account? Yeah, suspect fits you well.

Randy

@Logician . 1. Was on disability for quite awhile, think I know far more about it than your ranting.
2. nNot your "honey", where do you get off with that patronizing term?
3. SS, or any other entity, cannot by Federal law deposit $$ in your bank account (s) without specific authorization, which of course you did not know? Honey?

@AnneWimsey I've never been on any government aid program, so you are right there, I don't know as much about it as you, first hand. So all I can go by is what I read.
There are LOTS of things that the "government" isn't supposed to do, but that seldom stops anyone.

Randy

@Logician so, you feel that having a brain-stem stroke caused by chiropractic neck-snapping is something I should feel ashamed of? Try holding your breath until that happens, honey.

@AnneWimsey If somebody caused an injury to your body, then they need to be held accountable for it. You were an actual victim there.
If their actions which caused your injury were due to incompetence, but yet they were licensed by the State to perform the action which caused your injury, then of course the State needs to be held accountable as well. And you had every right to pursue the State for damages done.
I never said that you should feel ashamed for doing the right thing, did I? There was no mention of any personal injury earlier, so how could I possibly know what your circumstances were?
My condolences to you for your pain and suffering and I hope that you are back to good health now!
