This is anything but news.
This sort of thing has been going on since the dark ages.
But I do agree, this shit needs to stop. I can think of myriad things that would benefit humanity with that kind of money other than a lambo, or a mil dollar house.

I'd say long before the dark ages, do you think all the sun god priests and pagan leaders etc. were innocent, altruistic children?

I remember when Jimmy Swaggart was caught with his trousers down and made a public tearful apology to his flock. I saw an obviously working class guy dressed in his sunday best being interviewed and the poor gullible sod said of Jimmy "what a brave man"
So nothing has changed only there is more money involved and the church members are still as stupid and gullible as ever.
