We all seem to be irritated all the time by the world around us. What do you HATE the most about US culture?
Not using the metric system.
I used to be proud to be an American, now I am simply ashamed of it.
Our refusal to use the metric system is sheer lunacy!
Don't get me started my friend... All of what's said below plus mindless consumerism and the widespread lack of critical thinking skills by the sheeple....
Willful ignorance and pride in stupidity and US-centrism. Making every topic, every discussion, everything relate back to how things are or what is happening in the USA. blah
Our arrogance as a country--we don't raise our kids to be fluent in any other language except English, refuse to consider that the way things are done here is not the only way to do do it, much less that other countries are doing a better job than we are, as in providing health care to all citizens, using only the metric system, or having strong gun control laws & much lower rates of gun crimes.
What a leading question. There is a TON wrong in this country, but I don't hate anyone or anything. Lay off!
I hate many things despite my religious upbringing that taught me hate was wrong. Here is a sampling of what I hate that's imbedded in American culture due to religion. . . 1.) Religious folks who won't give their kids medical attention because it's not mentioned in the Bible. 2.) Discrimination and anger against the LGBQ community. 3.) Disgust from religious folks when I say I'm an atheist (literal disgust). 4.) Contempt for women who wish to pursue careers, pursue sex, and control their futures. 5.) Nationalism to the extent where the uneducated regious folk believe they are the "chosen" people and care little about the rest of the globe. 5.) Disrespect and contempt for the environment because the rapture is immenent.
