Well, I have been legally blind since i was 29, bu tlately my vision hss gotten much worse due to cataracts.

So, due to recent losses in vision I am not as active, as I don't feel as safe in doing things I used to do, and so I am also losing what fitness I once had.

My age has given me so much more than it has taken from me. But I would say, I miss my thick luscious hair. It's still beautiful but certainly not like it used be. But my daughter's inherited it so that's cool.

Careless / adventure . At 20s and 30s , no great sense of risks and danger . The less I knew , the more things I did . At near 50, I am the master of taking the fun out of everything . I see the potential danger on everything . Yawn !!!

Time.

Loved ones.

Innocence, although I still have absurd pockets of naiveté.

Mobility!

The ability to do things I love to do, the way I use to be able to do them. Like, playing my Bass as well as I once could. Older stiffer hands, hearing not what it use to be.

I haven't played my drums in over a year now and would probably cramp up before the end of any song. I'm taking up the bass just to have some musical outlet other than listening.

The ability to eat numerous foods. What can be tolerated now is an ever narrowing list.

Truly! Spicy things are a no-no. LOL!!!

@IAJO163 I've also wondered if anyone has ever died from the pain following ingestion of either fried food or tomato...
