Personally I am against the death penalty altogether However soem "pro-lifers" seem to think its OK. Which invalidates the whole "pro-life" label.

The only pro lifers I will even acknowledge are the ones who oppose both - mostly some non Santorum Catholic types who usually will be civil.

It will never get through the courts.

This is Texas. It will make it through the state courts if it passes, but will die in appeals in federal court.
