Having difficulty falling asleep? I saw this on a talk show recently... Suggested by a doctor... Dr. Ian Smith I believe...
Two hours before bedtime, prepare and consume the following :
Plain yogurt, about four tablespoons
Blueberries
Granola
Sliced banana
Supposedly produces melatonin, which helps you sleep.. Try it, you might like it..
How weird. I already make smoothies out of yogurt bananas blueberries Ginger and honey I will try this out.

@freedom41 it doesn't bother me one bit... If she bans for nonsense, she won't have many members in her group... Except for her yes men and women...
