That's an oxymoron, isn't it? Homeopathic fake? I don't think there is anything that closely resembles Homeopathic authentic/real...
Since homeopathics don’t really do anything anyway, this is a frivolous lawsuit. IMHO.
No it's not . They are sold along with real medicines under the false premise that they also are real medicines which they are not

Homeopathic - it is water and the placebo effect. The people who believe in it will benefit.
