What’s your favorite nightly ritual? I love lathering up in lotion, spraying my room with perfume, lighting a candle, and cozying up with a book. If that doesn’t knock me out an audiobook and a familiar movie does the trick.

I teach music from 5pm until 9:30pm. After that, I wind down with Netflix, usually a sitcom or light movie...I've been binging on The Office lately. I'm in bed by 11.
