I have to disagree.
I don't believe in intelligent design but just because something doesnt make sense to you doesnt mean that there isnt a valid logical reason for it on a higher level of understanding.

As a person who is legally blind due to a genetic disease (Stargardt's Disease), I find this arguement to be VERY valid.
