Yeah, after researching this (it's from 2017) this was not as dire as it is made out to be, although still bad. Here's the actual bill. [rewire.news]

It doesn't seem to matter what the date is. There is an all out attack on womens' reproductive right.

Alabama is prosecuting a woman who miscarried after being shot and Missouri is trying this.
I'm just sitting here shaking my head.
When I was a kid, my mom was a huge lobbyist for the ERA. My sisters and I were drafted to help in anyway we could as preteens.
I'm old enough to be a grandmother now and this shit just keeps getting WORSE!
I fear for my daughters.
