In so many ways, Heaven is described as living in God’s glory, or to be with God, or to know him, etc...
They package it up as wonderful thing, but give no details.
However, there are implications to what it might be like. Such as “serving our lord and master”, and “obedience to our lord”.
I would almost half expect Jesus to pay me a visit, so I could have the privilege of washing his feet.
There’s just something very creep about it all, that makes me say “Thanks, but no thanks”. A life of servitude doesn’t appeal to me, let alone an eternity.
If there was any truth to this myth, I could see why Satan wanted to get the hell out of there.
I think it would make for an awesome movie that would appeal to the Atheist community.
How many of you, knowing the myth as you do, would accept Jesus as your lord and savior, if you had indisputable proof of God’s existence, and you knew the Bible was the absolute word of God ?
Don't forget about constantly praising god.
I've told believers many times, if I knew for sure that your god was real beyond any doubt; I would never worship it.
Their concept of heaven is nightmarish. They want to spend eternity praising a jealous, vindictive, despotic monster. They even have the temerity to think that should sound appealing.

I'd pretty much have to. As subjective (and horrendously dull) as heaven sounds hell would be much worse. I could never truly love this god fellow in any fashion, being repulsed by the entire system it set up, but I would accept it as true because, well, it is.
Fortunately the egotistical monster described in the bible doesn't exist, and neither does the devil.
