I love to listen to wise people. I want to share with you guys an interesting interview with an ex-heroin addict Robert Rutkowski, who is currently a great therapist and a personal trainer. It's not a problem to be in deep shit, the problem starts when you decide to organise yourself there. The interview is with English subtitles.

These wise words resonated with me:

"Be the change you want to see in the world."

"One can only develop through experiences."

Like him, I had a love/hate relationship with my critical father. Nothing I did was ever good enough for Dad. He never said he loved me. I developed a whopping inferiority complex. Years of therapy helped.

"There's Dad's not good enough message again" I think, especially when I'm tired. Noticing negative self-talk takes away its power. Love the book:

"Taming Your Gremlin- A Surprisingly Simple Method for Getting Out of Your Own Way" by Rick Carson. Hilarious drawings of people's gremlins are spot-on.

@ToolGuy

Thank you so much. I am nothing, if not determined.
