On a lighter note..., Pepper X has been in the works for nearly 10 years, and is the latest brainchild chili to come from Smokin' Ed Currie. The proprietor of PuckerButt Pepper Company, Currie is also the man who created the Carolina Reaper. Pepper X has way more heat than his world-famous Reaper, dialing it at an insane 3.18 million Scoville heat units.
