Iām an over thinker and I feel like it always ruins my dating chances ā. Thoughts?
If you know what's ruining your dating chances, then you're way ahead of the rest of us.
Maybe it's a matter of balance between thoughts and emotions. I suggest you try to be more aware about what you feel and what your date feels.
I overthink to extremes. It has helped me a lot and I can actually see why I do many things because of this. It is also not good for dating and relationships. I'm not sure how to stop it. Recently I have seen how what would appear to be totally unconnected events are really connected after all. When I put this together I see that we have no "free will." Everything is repetition of one kind or another of some past learned thing and this is what we are all about.
There are plenty of assholes out there, who don't give a crap about anyone, getting lots of dates!
Their success is based on the fact that they are unapologetically themselves, as they inflict their unpleasantness on others.
You needn't change your "over-thinking." It's not a negative trait and some women will find your attention to things, sexy.
Own it.
Dear , you don't need our thoughts. You need to develop the other side of your personality: feel, emote enjoy. Those are the vibes that make for a successful date!
Your sideways picture makes you look like a careless doofus, not an over-thinker.
Not going to knock your opinion, it was a great pic from Snapchat that I cropped my buddies out of ā
Thanks for the quick action.
@PondartIncbendog could care less what people think of me
< - - - Fucking Geek . . . Just can't resist . . . . In windows, in file explorer, all you have to do is right-click the image, rotate it . . . . it is that goddamn simple . . . hahahahahaha . . .
@Archeus_Lore Try not having a stroke over stupid stuff like this
@Jameel . . . . I'm trying, I'm trying . . . .
Rowing around the lake with one oar on the port side of the boat. It is hard to find other smart people to mind meld with IRL.
Interesting you use that anology . . . . people who overthink things are usually better doing two things at once to prevent them from overthinking while they are in those kinds of situations . . . so rowing with one oar . . . that is thinking only of one thing . . . . if you happen to look at it from that perspective.
