You can often tell when a person doesn't truly believe what they are espousing. They speak fast and do not let others speak. They overspeak the other person, they speak too loud and too emphatically. They tend not to let the other person finish a question or even ask one to begin with. They claims truth, but refuse the other person to offer or question those claims.

Today we witnessed an example of what paranoia, spin and twisting into contortions and knots looks like in an interview with Jake Tapper. Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio demonstrated a textbook example of the behavior described above. It was shameful and pathetic.

What did you expect republicans can't argue with simple logic

The republicans basically have talking points that they repeat. If you call them on it, they change to another talking point. They will shout it over anyone who disagrees and descend into other Soviet style propaganda with whataboutism and demonization of opposition.

Oh, sweetie, some people just talk ,like that, do not ASSume they are insincere or lying. I am just Convinced! On the other hand, if they are a MOC, you are probably right! VOTE!

Dear, I know the difference. I know what is a typical cultural speech pattern vs. a person trying to obfuscate and spin. We've seen a prolific rise in this type of activity since the "the Donald" took office. Paid sycophants that twist themselves into pretzels to argue the arguable.

@t1nick if you know stuff, then you should know that calling anyone "dear" is Incredibly offensive, especially since my post was LOL at myself. Bu-bye!

@t1nick, @hankster M9C. Member of Congress....you can Google these things, you know......

@AnneWimsey no offense intended. Being called sweetie at my age was off-putting
Sorry

@t1nick "my age"? I think I am older than you?!

@AnneWimsey

Alright. I apologize for my oversensitive response. My bad.🙂
