Any device, including my under-$200 Samsung 10" tablet, has "accessability" settings help for the blind, deaf, etc. This post is claptrap!

It could not happen to a nicer company.

How does someone who can not see know where to position the cursor on the screen. Does a voice prompt come up when the cursor hovers over a specific part? I am a bit worried that small web sites will have to redo their sites.

Check the "accessability" settings on any device!
