I get a message about every 3 days of 300 new members and 700 new posts.

Pretty consistent for at least the past year.

Fewer people active on the site. The site meter used to regularly show 400-500 active members, last month or so breaking 200 is about as high as it gets

Haven't noticed....but, I've been so over-committed that I haven't the time I did a month ago. Someone should teach me how to say "NO!"

It's fall. I think people are gearing up for the holidays for the most part. Even non religious people tend to get a bit into the fun, even if its a more secular kind of celebration. I grew up with it being more about family and friend time than anything specifically religious. Toss in that its a political crapstorm out there right now and building... well... kinda makes for hard core distractions.

I hadn't noticed. I see that others have noticed it. Perhaps it's more a matter of what and who one pays attention to.

A few regulars have disappeared.

Some are paused - some are gone for good.

I'm not sure about less posts - but certainly less alerts. There seems to be a steady stream of contributers to the Forums.

I agree. And I've noticed some good people have disappeared.
