Semantics. Look around! What you see, you will apply an utterance to. The utterance will bear connotations of greatness, ultimacy, singularity, etc., like “god”, “universe”, “ground of being”, etc. You will make assumptions about its nature, some of which will be correct; some not.
Theists + Atheists = identical twins with different, but rhyming, names. Two tribes; one species.

I here you on that. When I decide that religion/god was not worthy of my attention any more, I started see more how the planet really is. I'm so glad I'm an Atheist. The last year and four fifths have been enlightening.
