Any heathen thoughts communication in general? I have found that when people don’t like one’s opinion however kindly it might be expressed, they start yelling.
In general, i find that those who have little depth of understanding of their held ideas/beliefs are the ones who react with vitriol, and then ad hominems.
It is easy to spot them when they attack the person asking a question, instead of explaining their answer to the question asked.
Though this behavior is not correlated to politics ::: It seems "progressive" left-polers are quickest to respond idiotly. That is where most anti-speech is coming from these days.
Just thoughts, nowadays if a person doesn't agree with some of your points of view and in fact express that they may find those pov's sowewhat objectionable, that person immediately is thought of as your enemy, a lowlife, an idiot, an animal, subhuman, etcetera... you choose your own insults, perhaps because our president is the one that does it with relish every single fucking day!!!
Peole don't want to hear your opinion, they want to hear thier opinion in your voice.
that is quite likely to be a fact of human nature... common courtesy should prevail though. Rude and loud never yields positive results.
@PSLMermaid common courtesy is like common sense, though
Are you sure you are not referring to Trump supporters?
Oh yeah it’s always Trump supporters who are rude and loud.
What does tbis have to do with heathans? Confused. Do they yell at you? Do other people know about this?
Using the word heathens by definition probably covers most people on this site; not in a derogatory way.
My experience in life has been that many people become aggressive when things don’t go as they like. Yes I have been shouted at in both my personal and professional life. I have also seen this happen in public venues where clerks or servers are shouted at over some offense. I think it has become more common in our society.
@PSLMermaid ok, so its just like "ok, guys, what about..."
Still a weird choice of words, since its by nature a religious term
@MarkiusMahamius isn’t the way we treat and communicate with others related to our core beliefs? Be they religious or secular?
Just saying...
@PSLMermaid that's true but most people don't like to be addressed as somethingb heyre not/ don't identify with
