Either I have to stop eating foods that give me indigestion or they need to start making bacon flavored Tums.

Either way, some shit's gotta give.

I had to completely give up anything fried and tomatoes in ANY quantity. For me, Tums can lead to kidney stones, an even worse problem. Sigh. (was on AciPhex for years and still take Zantac. Nothing but avoidance works for me).

I don't want to live without tomato sauce. Or the baby tomatoes in my salads.

@JayOleck38 Lol, I've hated giving them up, believe me. I will try low acid varieties, hoping. Eating the reds feels like a hot sword passing through my chest. That's a pretty effective deterrent.

@Zster My mama's spaghetti sauce is worth the pain! She makes it with SOOOOOOOOOOOO much meat and tomatoes!

Try prilosec otc..

Well, the Tums seem to do the job. I just wish they didn't taste like fucking chalk. Even the flavored kind taste like fucking chalk.

@JayOleck38 Unfortunately, it's that chalk that does the work!
