My apologies for the mistake. 45 didn't tell Fox he had Soleimani killed, he told associates. I clearly misread the first article on the subject, and posted totally wrong information. Again, my apologies. I do my utmost not to traffic in "fake news". And I will correct myself when necessary.
So, 45 told "associates" (whoever the bloody hell they may be), that he had Soleimani killed to appease GOP Senators who are preparing to act as jurors in his impeachment trial.
The military had evidently been tracking Soleimani for years, but hadn't seen fit to take him out.
Several generals have pointed out that Soleimani was actively communicating with Iranian "proxies", and was keeping them from hitting US targets in the region.
There's been NO concrete evidence that there was any kind of "imminent" threat to any US targets, as is being claimed by 45 as an excuse for "why now?".
So, in his own words, 45 has admitted that he had a military general from another country, murdered to suit his own political interests.
Should this be added to the list of impeachable offenses committed by this piece of shit?

I don't know. Perhaps, if he keeps committing his crimes, the House can keep impeaching him until the Senate finally grows some ovaries and convicts his lying ass.
There's nothing in the Constitution that limits how many times a president can be impeached.
Double Jeopardy doesn't apply here.

It's kind of up to them. You know, it depends on just how many high crimes
and misdemeanors a president can commit.
The Constitution doesn't limit the number of impeachments.
If 45 keeps committing crimes, and the House keeps passing Articles of Impeachment, the Senate has to keep holding trials.
Falls under incompetency but it would drag out the process so I'd say no. If Senators want him gone they will have the method next week. Call your Senators, folks, and let them know that's what you want.
