Does the idea of " the border wall" being in the Pentagon's budget startal you- or is it another Supreme Court Medding in the powers + monies of Government gambit? I should think the army Corp. of Engineers would be more sensible. Having a new part overturned by wind (nature) makes me think of WASTE in government.

Hey, my man, you have a government of three parts, the old checks & balances system. Supreme Court Meddling is not one of the features. If you want walls that last, send some of your engineers to East Germany. They'll show you how to do it. And remember, that one did not last either.
