I'll bet an anonymous mental evaluation could be setup. Have it be via just computer, not identifying questions - the answers evaluated by a large group of psychiatrists and neurologists. Trumps would be just one of a couple of dozen asked the same questions. And all of them rated. It would rule out the facist/repug claims of political dishonesty.
