I gather there's a growing statistic of a preponderance of current or recent smokers amongst fatalities, especially in the younger age categories.
I have 2 people on my Facebook timeline who were denied testing due to not being immunocompromised or a frontline worker, even though doctors said they probably have it. I don't know of anyone personally who has managed to get tested.
I've heard alot of stories at work of family members trying unsuccessfully to get tested.
Those numbers at least here in the US are not anything approaching close to what the real number is.

@StarvingArtist I thought Donald said there were enough kits, and that the US was carrying out 100,000 tests every day.

I have a friend who was tested and has it. The availability of testing is limited so there are qualifying criteria. Just like a PET Scan, you can't just walk in and get one - you need to meet some criteria. In the future I would expect a COVID-19 test to be as readily available as a test for gonorrhea.
@BitFlipper Is Gonorrhea readily available these days? It's such a long time ......
