The dog was going ratty so we decided to practice a bit of social distancing at the beach. Do you think we're keeping far enough apart? It was a comfortable 25C /74F down there and we had the place pretty much to ourselves

The tourists came two weeks ago and wiped out our stores. The mayor was pissed. So the beaches were closed. The temp is around 45 blowing wind and rain. Perfect!

The tourists who tried to wipe out the country stores here were told to get out of town, fast.
@Cyklone They had no idea we were going to kill them,,,,,,,,,and eat them!
Sounds good to me but from what I saw on the news today police in the UK might not like that sort of situation. If you were doing this in the UK they would tell you it was not right and order you to leave and get back indoors. Even walks in deserted places are not allowed now.
I'm not from the UK. I just watch news from all over the world.

The police have been over reacting at times but I think the rule is that you are allowed to walk from your home but not to drive to a park,beach, beauty spot etc.
@Moravian we are only on stage 2 restrictions so no problem here yet. They have closed a couple of beaches, like bondi in sydney but only because the people on the beach were not complying with the social distancing rules, young people who believe they're invulnerable, No problems any where else

Thanks, he's a rottie. I've had rotties for 40 years but this is the most overactive, affectionate, dumb one that I've ever owned. Love him though

@AnneWimsey they do, but it's the light coloured eyebrows that make them so expressive.
