I am becoming very adept at using my elbows for things I used to use my hands for. I have found I can't easily open doors with the lever handles, operate light switches and My faucets with vertical levers.

What new skills have you obtain during this time of isolation?

If you do not go out, have someone come in, or bring things in (isolate anything for 3 days and/or wipe with disinfectant), your home is a safe place where you do not have to do all that.

I have learned to add question marks when I see anyone on hallways or in the unit .
What used to be “ how are u “ and keep walking , has changed to “ how u doin ? How is your family ? “.
And I actually slow down to hear the response . And I am never going back to my old self again . No matter how busy . I have the time . I ll make the time .

Making pasta. I enjoy cooking but have never made my own pasta so I bought a machine and have been doing ok. Oh, and making hand sanitiser. I borrowed my still back from my son and I'm making a few litres of hand sanitiser for the family.

None really. I've had plenty of practice at assorted skills already.
