BIDEN-OBAMA 2020

"The Twenty-Second Amendment says a person can only be elected to be president two times for a total of eight years. It does make it possible for a person to serve up to ten years as president. This can happen if a person (most likely the Vice-President) takes over for a president who can no longer serve their term."

This means Obama can be president only for 2 years if Biden goes underground (literally). Still, if Biden lasts the whole 8 years, it will be a very successful 8 year term and they can undo all Trump's shit and do more.

Do you think Biden-Obama is possible?

Biden already promised his VP will be a woman. It's long overdue for a woman to be in the Whitehouse. I hope she will get 4 as a VP then 8 as a president.

No.

Anyways, Biden has hinted he only will serve 1 term if elected - he's old and shit - and pass on the "incumbent" lable to the VP in the next cycle.

This can be open to a flurry of court challenges from the hater conservatives.

"The Twelfth Amendment provides that anyone constitutionally ineligible to the office of President is ineligible to that of Vice President.

Clearly, the original constitutional qualifications (age, citizenship and residency) apply under the Twelfth Amendment to both the President and Vice President. It is unclear, however, if a two-term President could later be elected—or appointed—Vice President.

Some argue that the Twenty-second Amendment and Twelfth Amendment bar any two-term President from later serving as Vice President and from succeeding to the Presidency from any point in the line of succession. Others suggest that the Twelfth Amendment concerns qualification for service, while the Twenty-second Amendment concerns qualifications for election.

No two-term President has later sought to become Vice President since the ratification of the Twenty-Second Amendment; thus, the courts have never had an opportunity to decide the question."
