Even after the US government has recommended use of masks or any face shields, I don't see a lot of people following it. I think this is due to the misinformation campaign by the US government earlier where it tried to hide the shortage of masks claiming that masks were ineffective unless you were infected. A dubious argument to say the least.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I don't wear a mask at present because they are not available in stores and haven't been for several weeks. I ordered one online a couple weeks ago, but it probably won't arrive, if at all, for another month. I don't have any bandanas to make one out of. I'll just go without and keep limiting my store visits. I don't need or deserve one near as much as medical workers do.

Seeing as you are contagious up to TWO WEEKS before you have any symptoms, dubious advice at best!
