If you were a Civil Servant and have retired then look back but don't stare. Lots of Good Music and You Tube Videos, Music, Ventures to the Unknown to find a peaceful place to sit and relax.. Learn to Cook, Play a Musical Instrument, Walk into Nature and listen to what you never heard before. I'm not putting it as a sign of aging but most definietly at the bottom of the list for other things more enjoyable and pleasing to the mind then 10-4.

Nah, it's just the opposite, not listening is a sign of aging, because you can't hear it anymore.
