Neither of the houses of Congress has the power to block an individual act by The Orange Anus. The only remedy Congress has impeachment and removal, but the Senate is hamstrung by traitorous Яepublicons.

By refusing to remove trump from office, Яepublicons have signaled that there will be no opposition to anything trump does. When trump signs an executive order delaying the election it will be up to thousands of public servants to decide on their own. The employment and pensions of federal employees may be in jeopardy for those who fail to obey.

There is a real possibility that trump will succeed in delaying the November election, legally or not.

Nothing to talk about, he does not have that power.....again, his arrogance & stupidity are breathtaking.......
