One of our contributors here often points out that Biden overcame stuttering… It appears he knows what it’s like to be part of a minority: “About 1% Stuttering, also known as stammering and dysphemia, is a speech disorder in which the flow of speech is disrupted by involuntary repetitions and prolongations of sounds, syllables, words or phrases as well as involuntary silent pauses or blocks in which the person who stutters is unable to produce sounds.”

I think there’s a significant correlation to his occasional ‘enthusiastic linguistic tripups.’ It’s like, he knows what, and why it ‘came out that way,’ forgives himself, and moves on. …whereas his vicious dectractors & opponents won’t..
