I found this story sweet up until the part where she said she wrote out a letter to her children saying that if she dies it's God's will... Wouldn't the fact that she's now doing good be going against God's will?!? How does she live with herself?!? LOL...
So believers will justify anything. So again god gets a pass.
Thats just the way it works.....if something is wrong, it ain't gods fault. It don't take responsibility.......trump and religion see eye to eye on some things...
She is being true to her belief, I think its really sad, but I do understand. She is trying to be brave the only way she knows how. The evil of religion....at least one of them.
When everything is "God's will", nothing is, like if everything was yellow we wouldn't have the concept of "yellow". It wouldn't mean anything.
What gets me is that when some Muslim fighter shoots up his enemy he shouts "God is great" (Allahu akbar) and also when his best friend is then shot in retaliation - "Allahu akbar". Everything is "Allahu akbar" so save your breath, we'll take it as read.
Recently, I saw that Taylor Swift had given a young black woman $30,000 to study maths at a British university and the recipient gave thanks to Jesus and God. Now that's just rude.
Sad and I definitely feel for her and her family, BUT, if it be the 'Will of this God thingy' that she believes so strongly in then all I can say is that her God is not much more than a Cruel, Brutal, Sadistic, Savage Bastard of the Highest Order bar none.
