Does the current economic crisis here in America make you lean towards a more agnostic/atheist viewpoint? Should money really have this kind of effect on how we believe?
This administration has caused it to be more of a concern because of the huge tax cuts that cannot support our spending. They have kicked the can down the road so when a democrat is in office to fix the problem with a tax hike they will cry about how unfair it is for the wealthy to pay their fair share.if you do not see the crisis they have created then you are always going to be in the dark. A trillion dollar deficit is a crisis.
It's a condition that helps embolden that stance, but is not a cause in and of itself.
Hey this is when we stop trusting our elders surely
ok so you have asked a 2 part question, and we only have the option 2 answer them both at the same time. fortunately for myself, my answer 2 both questions is no. but this could make it difficult for a person 2 answer if they wish 2 answer yes 2 one question and no 2 the other. but anyhow, no the current crisis does not make me lean any direction, i was an agnostic from the first moment i gave religion a thought. it had nothing 2 do with politics, money, or any kind of crisis. i am an agnostic because i have seen no proof 2 either prove or disprove anyones god/gods. i can't speak for anyone else, but i know for me, money played no major part in my beliefs
Economic crisis? It’s booming from what I can see.
that's credit not boom
@markdevenish The fact that money is based on mere fiat, would that not imply that it’s all credit based? You make a good point regardless.
What has economics got to with my beliefs..
