Christian Atrocities: Three centuries of pagan persecution-
[churchandstate.org.uk]
I'd argue that it is much more than just 300 years.
Valid point, but the centuries mentioned were among some of the worst though...
If Christians will commit two millennia of atrocities against other Christians why is it any surprise that they will persecute those outside of their particular "faith"?
Thank u for sharing .
If we don't learn from the past, we shall be doomed to repeat it. Some truly disturbing shit carried out in the name of Christianity.
@SpikeTalon true
Atrocity, oppression and brutality are very often the product of religion with unchecked political power.
Indeed.
@SpikeTalon I was not aware of this history. Thank you for the share!
Reprehensible, historical Christian atrocities.
Meanwhile, the atrocities of Islam persist today.

Good addition, the atrocities of both religions cannot be overlooked.
Any religion that win political power will do shit.
Christianity still does shit in places it still has hard power like in some places in US where armed christians still "own the city", or in african regions where christian militias have "de-facto" control of territory.
Happens that most of countries where christianism is the major religion have a laic hard power (police and army) so religion can't do much direct harm there.
But take a look into religious covidots and how much harm they did. How the death numbers increased due to them.
