Okay you guys, I've reached Level 4 (which some of you suggested will be the solution) but STILL can NOT reply to messages received. Any other ideas? (I 'contacted' Agnostic.com via their 'Contact Us' function a few minutes ago.)

Your "level" has Nothing to do with it! Are you scrolling a bit to have the "reply" box show? And clicking 8n it to activate it so you can start typing?

That sounds like the issue,,you should take some time and go thru all the various settings in the catgorys and set them to your needs plus every now and again go back as things change and you learn more about the site you may need to update again

Check your settings... Allow members to contact you and you to contact them.. I guarantee that's the issue..
