Ok.....how do you answer this: I say, "I don't know if there is a god and I don't know that there isn't a god, and neither does anybody else know." My daughter replies, "Dad, YOU may not know, but you don't KNOW that others don't know. Speak for yourself." What do you think?
Believers don't know that there is a god. They have faith that there is a god. Where there is knowledge there is no need for faith, and hence no need for religion.
There has never been any proof of a god. It is a made-up human excuse to explain what cannot be currently explained by science. So there is ample proof of no God(s).
Just needs a slight edit to completely invalidate her arguement
"I don't know if there is a god and I don't know that there isn't a god, and neither can anybody else know."
I KNOW there is no credible, verifiable evidence that ANY gods have EVER existed at any time.
I KNOW there are no gods.
Anyone who claims that there are gods has the burden of proof.
Your daughter doesn't know either. If she claims she does, it's on her to prove it.
If any of these "others" had any proof, they would be on every channel.
