Help! I am going insane. Anual Medicare enrollment ended on December 7th -- only it really didn't. I'm so sick of Joe Namuth and all the big spiel about healthcare that most of us over 65 have anyway. I'm sick and tired of donut holes and the care that so many want to change for us , and all in the name of money.
Look at the big fight here for greedy people to get their share of $144 a month. My choice was made years ago and it continues to be the best choice for my area. Dammit, make them leave me alone. Someone please make them go away. There has to be a way to stop this legally and get it the hell off of TV by the December 7th date.
Any ideas?
I don't watch enough TV to have seen those ads.
You can thank Republicons for that donut hole. In fact, we would have the option to buy our medical insurance directly from the federal government - except for republicons.
on face book they have ads that say get free food delivered and show a very attractive box of food its a scam to get your phone number so they can call 12 times a day 8 days a week ad nausium
USE your DVR & fast-forward through all the commercials. I even do it with football, no need to see Joe Theisman break his leg in 5or 6 places 17 times
I work for an insurance company that deals with Medicare Supplements. This is our BUSY season, which is why I have job with them. IF you are changing Medicare Advantage December 7th was the deadline. IF you are changing supplements you can do that all year. I found a sure cure for TV commercials. I turned off cable TV. I turned off all TV except for my Roku. Usually I watch DVDs on my laptop, but when the grands come over we watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. While doing my job I have discovered the down side of not watching network TV. I no long see the ads. I don't know what medications are being pushed heavily now, and how to pronounce them. But I turned off cable 5 years ago, I have no desire to turn it back on.
Stop watching TV if you don't want to see advertising. Or use the mute button.
The advertising I don't want to see is the Medicare ads they said would stop December 7th. They lied.
