Life choices : Lay in bed or get up to pee ?
At 84 years of age, I have to ponder this question several times a night ... My cat is snuggled up near my face and I hate to disturb her........I hold on for as long as I can, and just prior to a dam collapse I move fast.....I barely drink water during the day and cannot work out where it all comes from ?? [ although I have been told that I am full of piss.]...
If I get up it disturbs my dog.
Who promptly cocks his leg and pisses on me !
Sounds like you need a tube and a window.
Lol
Get up to pee even if trump is watching me.
It's a harder decision than some people might think.
Pee really fast and back in bed, for me. I do this every night. Mostly in the middle of the night.
Get up of course-why suffer?
or wet the bed
How much do you like that mattress? When I had Achilles tendon problems I used to say, " how much, really, do I like this recliner?"
Solve your problem...pick-up some Depends Diapers next time you shop. Now, you can lay in bed and pee away! Just make sure you only pee, so as not to wake up with a loaded diaper.
I vote for get up to pee, because I don't like to lie in a smelly puddle of urine. But, to each their own.
With a 55 year old prostate I have to pee frequently. Since getting up and going to the bathroom wakes me up too much I got a piss pot I keep under the bed. When I need to pee I roll over, piss in the pot, slide it back under the bed and then go back to sleep.

Ha,ha,ha..ain't that the crux. Or the old, I'm thirsty but think I could wait until the morning. I do wonder sometimes do we really need to ask these questions; but then I'm interested and it's engaging.
P.S. Go pee, you'll feel better and won't wake up dreaming you're at the loo.
@girlwithsmiles I usually lay in bed until I really have to go, that's when my roommates are probably using the bathroom.
