I expect that it was Trump, himself, at the bottom of it, having had people sabotage the communication path.

Inside job, just like 9-11. They had the intel and knew it was coming. Could have stopped it, didn't want to. Same old shit, different people in command.

@BirdMan1 I don't know it all by any means, but I know from the info available that the commission report is as much a fairly tale as the Warren Commission, and for the same reasons.
