Talk about Good Old Aussie Shits and Giggles, I wish my Scanner/Printer wasn't Cactus Stuffedus Extinctus.
The local rag printed a small story of the Salt-bush Fire in todays issue.
Going by the title of the story, I think the Reporter may be an Atheist since it reads,
"Burning Salt-bush Chapel, was this a sign from God that Moses missed seeing?
Lightning strike hits Evangelist Church on the Weekend.
Chapel burnt to the Ground but every other building around remained completely untouched.
Cause determined be a Steel Tubing Cross erected WITHOUT either local Council Permission or Consent of the Fire Brigade.
But no need to worry because the life-size statue of Jesus, complete with Glowing Red Eyes and very prominent and erect Male member survived unscathed.
The same cannot be said for the Prayer Books and the Bibles, they too suffered from severe fire damage as did the building which now an immediate Demolition Order fixed firm to the safety fence now surrounding the site.
Damages are presently estimated to be between $500,000 and $700,000."

Yup, still funny.

Good article, thankfully I can't visualize the statue!

I don't have to, I painted the eyes on it bright red one night a while ago but some other local wag ( jokester) added the very large, long, erect black manhood to it.
To be 100% honest here, I damned nearly peed my pants laughing at it when I saw on Tuesday morning.

You can photograph a paper with a regular camera or mobile if you need to.

I would except my nephew, Henry, has borrowed my camera to take some photos for me while he's having a week away with his Mum and Dad at the sea-side.
