By now, we've likely all seen the photo of the Bidens and the Carters. It has turned into internet/meme gold.
This link is commentary re: the picture and it is 5 or 6 minutes of funniness. If you're looking for something giggle-worthy, Kyle Kulinski's take on the picture is definitely that. (And who couldn't use a laugh in the present day that we are all enduring?)
Having been in the printing industry and around photographers my take on it is they used an inexperienced photog who did not know how to use a wide angle lens and flash.
On the other hand it could have been a photog who knew exactly what he was doing.
Most people do not remember Dixie Lee Ray, former governor of WA State. Ridiculously smart, a scientist and promoter of atomic energy. Some of the photogs with the Seattle P-I (a Hearst newspaper) would really go out of their way to photograph her in the worst possible light and angle, making her look somewhat porcine. Since I was working at the paper at the time I got to see some of those pics that did NOT make it to print.
It is a funny image of the Carters and the Bidens.
Good explanation for a strange picture.
Could just be a bad Photoshop, or composite.
