At work we have a rule that everyone presently working can fire any new employee if they do not meet the standards of being a nice person. We have all learned we do not like to work with assholes.

In order for me to consider any talk from anyone, my attention is needed. I have a low attention threshold. The louder one speaks usually the stupider they sound and my filter snaps into action automatically and I hear nothing. And yes stupider is a word, it may have yet to be added to the dictionary, but the main reference will be to Trump. No one is stupider than him. I used it in a sentence that is logically incorrect.
