Tonight I thought to search within agnostic.com for conservative atheists. I've been a member of a Freethinkers group in Baton Rouge for over a year, and I'm new to this site. I have had the impression that I was a Conservative island in a sea of lefty, "progressive" atheists. I'm happy to have found this group.

Well you're welcom to the community that is not limited to only atheist but all kinds of people. I am a Free thinker, I joined this community three days ago and I am loving it.
What is the name of the Free thinkers group you were part in Baton Rouge?

Thanks, HumorSaint1818. I am in the Baton Rouge Freethinkers Meetup Group. We meet monthly at the library, and during the meeting of two or more hours, a member makes a presentation on a relevant topic, with commentary during and after it. Oftentimes, after the meeting, a few of us will meet at a sports bar for eats, drinks, discussion, and camaraderie.
