I am super psyched today.
Just before the pandemic, I weighed 250lbs. I have been trying to be careful with what I eat throughout that time along with trying to walk eight to ten miles a day.
Well, today, when I got on the scale, it showed 179.8 lbs. This is such a big win for me because at one time, I was having super bad lower back issues and now my back feels like nothing is wrong with it. I'm guessing I had a pinched lower disc due to my weight? Not only that, I am now finally able to do pull ups with my own body weight. A goal I was aiming for when I weighed 250lbs.
It's a great day!
